How come cars always move faster in the lane you're not in?
How come it's always a longer wait when you're on the OTHER side of the bathroom door?
Why is it that when you get to the end of a book you read it faster?
How come the best books written never have sequels??? (This one drives me crazy!)

well, i don't know about the first one, but as for the other 3, here goes!:
~It's a longer wait on the OTHER side because you're impatient, and all you're doing is waiting. When you're the one in the bathroom, you're doing something to pass the time!!
~You read faster at the end because you're anxious to see how it ends, so you get there as fast as you can!!
~The best books don't have sequels because they're not meant to. The second one is almost never as good as the first, and personally after I read an amazing book, i like to just leave it at that!! (of course, Harry Potter is a definite exception!!!)
AND THAT'S THE TRUTH!!!!!!
